About

Delivery is a leadership problem, not a tooling one.

I'm Manish Prajapati, a technology project manager based in the Greater Jaipur area. For over a decade I've sat between clients, engineers and designers — translating what a business needs into something a team can actually build, estimate and ship.

Today I lead agile teams at Octal IT Solution, a CMMI Level 3 company, delivering AI, web and mobile products for clients across markets. My focus is the unglamorous part that decides whether a project succeeds: clear scope, honest estimates, tight feedback loops, and a team that knows why the work matters.

AI has made execution cheap. It has not made judgement cheap — that's where delivery leadership earns its keep.

I also write about how AI actually lands inside delivery teams — the estimates, the architecture calls and the client conversations that decide whether an AI feature ships or quietly stalls.
